I understand that this RentSmart SmartMatch Profile Fee is non-refundable even if I change my mind or am not approved for a home.
I understand that this RentSmart SmartMatch Profile Fee is payment to have a SmartMatch Profile created within the RentSmart system.
I understand that, if approved for a home, I will be contacted to take steps to secure the property and that it is my responsibility to take action promptly after being informed of my approval.
I give RentSmart permission to use open source data and information collected about my credit, employment, rental, and criminal history to screen my SmartMatch Profile.
I understand that SmartMatch Profiles are screened on a point system. In the event that multiple SmartMatch Profiles request the same home, the profile with the highest point score will be approved.
By signing this form, I acknowledge that myself or a member of my household viewed the requested home online, virtually, or in-person and determined that its condition is suitable for our needs. I am willing to accept the property in as-is condition, understanding that it is my responsibility to request a property of the size, quality, and condition that my household needs. IF I did not view the requested home in-person for any reason including distance, hardship, or scheduling, I acknowledge that I will not receive a refund of this SmartMatch Profile Fee and any subsequent holding deposit I pay as a result of my agreement to move forward sight unseen.
